Check list before launching a ship.

Step One, fill ballast tanks with correct amount of water.
Step Two, don't let people ride it down the ways.
Step Three, double check plans to be sure all the really heavy stuff is below the water line, or ships center of gravity.
Step Four, check step number one again before launch.
