T5 Remote

Just purchased a new T5 unit and just wondering on the new remote the volume up/down doesn’t work as well as the page up/down button. I’m not to concerned as the volume still works by using the arrow buttons on the the right and left.

I have 2 buttons on the left side of the remote that says vol ^ and vol down but they do nothing? Is that normal?

Says volume up/down ? One of them is most likely page up/down.

You should post a pic of the remote.

How do I post pictures? I've been trying to insert image from my computer but when I select the image and hit insert nothing happens.

then add files
browse and select
then upload

Yes,your page up/down while in epg should be the buttons directly above the red and green buttons on this remote.
