stuck on reboot

My Dreamlink t4 is doing the same and my father inlaws t5 is doing the samething. My t6 is working

Disconnect Ethernet..it will then boot.
Set to Static instead of DHCP in network You will have to figure out your ip addy subnet and gateway settings.

Got only to work on the north. As soon as I turn on the server for south the t4 keeps on booting
So turn off south and see if it works.
