credit goes to all-world1 for this recipe. I have been using it ever since I found it a couple of years ago.
Baked Buffalo Wings
Make sure you have at least a sixpack of beer to wash 'em down.
16-20 wing pieces
8 oz. Franks Red Hot Sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup flour
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven at 375 F
Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper in a large ziplock bag or a bowl.
Add wings, seal and shake (or dredge in bowl)
Place wings on a non-stick pan and bake for 35-45 min until crispy.
While wings are baking, put the Franks Red Hot Sauce and butter in a saucepan and heat until butter is melted.
When wings are done, put them in bowl, pour sauce over top and slosh wings in the mixture.
