I haven't had freezing with ok2 in ages on my 3000

No freezing here.
Get to many things going on your network it may freeze.How fast is your internet?
Your internet can only handle so much.

Have to clean your storage out ...i do mine every day.
Rebooting modem and router fixes lots as well. A 10 minute rest for modem and router i do.
My buzz is also unplugged when i give my modem/router a rest for 10 minutes.

Disconnect everything except buzztv box

do you have the Buzz hard wired or using the Wifi?

Also try downloading the speed test app and run it and see what the speed is
