Slow to respond

I am new to this box.
when I was typing the info for server with onscreen keyboard, The box wouldn't respond. It make one move on box then next minute wouldn't do anything and so on. Looks like was busy and not taking command from the remote until it wasn't busy. It took me almost 10 minutes to put the small info.

How do you mean the box wouldn't respond? It makes one move on the box then next minute it wouldn't do anything and so on...... What exactly are you referring to?

When you enter your server info, hit the back button once so the keyboard goes off screen, then navigate down to the connect button and hit ok.

I think it was my bad. I had old battery in remote.
But I have another issue. I'll open a new post.

Seriously?? The buzz comes with new batteries so why would put old ones in the remote?? I don't buy it...
