Ok,if I am the only one having this kind of issue,I will seriously think of sending it back.Perhaps,I will try a factory default before doing that.Guess I will also need to contact my IPTV dealer to cancel the Mac adress of the device before returning it.Bummer

Its not the Cable but perhaps it comes in conflict with my Yamaha AV Receiver.Never had issues with other components before on AV Receiver. My Minix Neo was connected on the same port as the Buzz before I removed it.Connected the Buzz straight on a different T.V in a different room and did not Freeze. Will need some more testing.

Why would you need to cancel the MAC address before returning it? When you get a replacement box just tell your reseller to use the MAC from that new box.

Or simply factory reset the box....

I have my Buzz 3000 connected to a Yamaha RX-V375 receiver and have no issues with it, works great.
The Buzz box is running Android 6
Cheers :)

I recently got a Buzz 3000 and it just started doing the same power down and then freezes when I first select it on my Yamaha home theatre receiver. It was on and the stbpro open but no ok2 tv was selected it was just idle and when I selected tv the channel opened and after about 15 seconds it powered down and froze on the Buzz screen. The HDMI cable is fine and I frequently clear the memory, I'll try a reset to see if this solves the problem.

Stbemu Pro was the suggested app by users here for ok2 I don't have a password for my ok2 I use the MAC address. I'm just getting familiar with the Buzz box after using Mag254 for years. What would you recommend I use for the Buzz xpl 3000.
Tks
