After two failed attempts at using dynamite to implode this historic smokestack in Pell City, Alabama, this city worker went out and took a backhoe to the structure, only to have it fall directly on top of the cab of the tractor. Miraculously, the tractor operator walked away from the incident with only a few minor scratches.


personally I would have gone for more dynamite

if it would have leaned and then came straight down they would've needed a backhoe to find that backhoe
