Need info

I am new at using an android box. I purchased a Buzzxpl3000 but am getting a lot of freezing. I did load (stbemu pro) When I try to find it in my apps it does not show up yet I can run ok2 but with quire a bit of freezing lately. The freezing has just started recently. Any help would be appreciated.

After checking other channels it is worse on just some like Ch 163 Hallmark.
