If the PayPal is using all fake info - then one of my worries would be that PayPal could scoop the account on you.
If they suspect anything they could stop you from withdrawing or using any funds in the account until you provide them with identification matching the PayPal account info.
That is going to be hard to do if it is all fake info.

Most PayPal accounts need an active real bank account to link back to, if you buy something and your a bit short of funds in the PayPal account the remaining funds will be withdrawn from the listed bank account.

Lets say paypal is not the main worrying factor here

lets focus on the safety of customers

the bank account used to open the paypal account was open with a fake address using a fake utility bill

the owner of the account is in jail or dead

the owner only sends invoice to the customers and for things that are not related to iks

so if charly can not find the real owner on that address out of the USA, and their foreign counterparts can not find the owner either

can he still sue the customers that were buying the iks paying those invoices sent by the dead owner ?

just curious if this is the MO of the sellers that offer paypal here

they say its 100 % safe

Just remember, if you and your dead buddy do 20K in sales, paypal will submit a 1099k to the IRS. They get pretty nosey with this kind of stuff, especially if they suspect your dead buddy is a money launderer. I'd stay clear of this. lol

Historically,things have not ended up well for some IKS buyers and resellers who do paypal transactions.

Bear in mind also that in past cases when Charlie knocks on the sellers door, the seller spills their guts providing end users info in order to save their asses.

Your theory will work in Canada but not in the USA. In the USA they passed laws where you need legit info (Social Security Number.....ect) to open any kind of money account in order to be able to...

Nope I give up - I'm done preaching LOL :-) - I've read a lot of posts from people that think they have a fail-safe way to accept prepaid cards and PayPal. If you are a small reseller you may get away with it for a while - but if you treat your clients right and offer some sort of support you may grow and develop a good rep. That will draw the attention of the investigators who will do anything they can to trick you and track you down. It sometimes takes them a year or more to develop their case - but they are watching and will swallow the weak and careless.

I will never understand why more people don't use bitcoins - IMO it is the safest way to go and is not that hard to setup and learn.

If you are a small reseller you may get away with it for a while - but if you treat your clients right and offer some sort of support you may grow and develop a good rep. That will draw the attention of the investigators who will do anything they can to trick you and track you down. It sometimes takes them a year or more to develop their case - but they are watching and will swallow the weak and careless.

There are literally SAFE PAYPAL methods for paying

I found two services

One has too many steps to complete transaction, but it is safe , you fund your account with paypal then turn the funds into
two types of cryptocurrency , and it goes to a crypto wallet

The other one can also be funded with paypal account, it uses a fast escrow type of funding , very secure , the exchanger talks to you in real time and they can be located anywhere in the world, most are in latinamerica and the funds from paypal
can be turned into many different currencies

I think it will be very difficult for charly to gather evidence because of the way it works
