Multiple issues with XPL 3000 im having.

Hello, just bought a XPL 3000 box about a week ago. Love the box but am experiencing multiple issues, I do have some apps that crash (freeflix, tv zion) only once in awhile. The one issue that is bugging me is that everytime I power down my box (fully and/or standby) once I turn back on it sets language back away from english into mandarin or something along those lines. Find it has slow repsonse alot as well. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

First I would reset your box and start fresh

After reset start with the first time setup intro and set english.

Just navigating through the app menu mostly. I have reset the box as well.

Yes i have ran the setup as well and redid the settings. Next time I put into standby and/or power down mode it does it. I contacted buzz and they are saying there will be a new update for this week. Should fix problems apparently. We will see.

maybe an app you loaded is corrupt

I bought the box off ebay so it was preloaded. Should i maybe do a factory reset and rebuild myself?
