Buzzbox problems

I have a Buzzbox xpl 3000 the channel guide will load. In the menu/Account Info my MAC # does not show up and either does info on expiry date. The programing does work but with freezing. I do have a sub for another server and all the info is there and it runs great. Anyone have any idea what may be going on? I am running StbEmu Pro.

my account info doesn't show up either
it does on a different box using stbemu pro
by the way I would never use stbemu on a buzz
it makes no sense unless you don't like having the options of a better epg and usage using the buzz app

cause you can use mac or user/pass with buzz app or both

no you don't need it on several brands
they come with their own iptv app
and buzz app is way better than stbemu pro

go to settings/more/apps and uninstall

if you used mac from stbemu you can change that in server settings by pressing the blue button to input the mac you used on account

Actually, before the update earlier this evening I never saw the Mac or expiry date in account info. But now, after the update I can only see the Mac, hopefully we will see the expiration date in the future.

Please be reminded that you cannot judge the buzz based on a particular app operates. As my fellow bros said in earlier posts, there is no need to have STB Emulator on the buzz. It's a good app but the buzz is all you need

For some reason I am still getting freezing on most channels when I use the ok2 server, but on other servers it is smooth sailing no freezing at all. The other thing my MAC and expiry date show up in Menu/Account Info. PS thanks for the help so far.

Are you connected via wifi or ethernet?

lets be honest, the Buzz app sucks and box in gene

compared to many other new ones out there now , its outdated already and on an inferior box to boot ..
buy a real box , high end, and you will be good for 2 years

seems like nothing wrong with the box it is server problem as you mentioned other server are working fine.
i don't test ok2 but i do see alot of ppl testing them here.... is it only certain channels ?

For what ever reason the freezing has stopped. Not sure why but I will take it and enjoy. Thanks for every ones help.
