So you have a strong signal from your router? Also, the xpl 3000 is wifi ac capable and it maybe trying to connect on that frequency but your signal from that might not be strong or the particular wifi channel is not compatible.

maybe your supply cable is getting bad, had that happen to me, tv came in great, cable modem kept loosing signal at a certain time of the day, finally replaced the cable feed to the house,
