Portals?

One of my friends (his dad, older guy) has a buzz box and called me to say his tv wasnt up. I tried to walk him through on the phone and he said he played with it a bit and when I had him go to settings, instead of having server 1-10 on the left hand side, he has 'portal' and only server 7 through server 9. Ive never seen where it shows portals on the left hand side. I tried playing with mine to get it to show up but no go.
Does anyone know what button he may have hit? Just in case, he is using ok2 server. It was hooked up at server 1 but now shows portal.

ask him to pull the power out for a bit then plug back in

he probably hit the red button I now have a portal on the left and had to re-input my url
Just get your friend ti input the info in server 7

Well, Ill have to go do it but just re-input the info on server 7? So what actually happened to server 1 (or server 2-6?) Is there no way to get it back the way it was? lol
Anyways, Ill try unplugging and rebooting and if all else fails, Ill just put the url in server 7. Kinda funny and glad it didnt happen to me....

Well, went to take a look and its like the 1st 6 servers changed to portals. I just put the info in again in portal 1 and all was good. Would love to know what button he hit to change them......lol

Yeah, youre right but I was thinking that I tried the red button at his house and nothing happened. But he already must have hit it.... Ill actually try it here later on and see if it does the same thing and try to get it back. No harm.....
