Hello,
My XPL3000 box updated yesterday (still running Android 6)and now when we select Live Tv, the screen goes blank. No epg loads, nothing. If I press the menu button, the menu will come up, but if I select settings, it just throws me back to the home screen. Has anyone else encountered this or have any light they could shed on the subject.

Yes....still getting the same thing. Blank screen. Select epg, Pvr, settings...sends me back to the home screen

uninstall updates and let them reinstall

clearing data/cache should fix it. I reported bunch of bugs that i found so far. Youtube for android app is unusable now. It's very choppy and laggy.

Go the home screen, and press the live tv button on the remote

I am having the exact same issue with android 7.1, as soon as last update on may 20 2018 was installed. Cleared cache, same. Any one know how we contact the people behind this box? BuzzTv XPL3000

Clear data from buzz tv app. Goto apps then Buzz TV 2. Click on clear data. Then go back to servers and reinput your portal portal url and reconnect.

Did that, uninstalled update and also turned off auto updates, while inserting portal url buzztv updated itself anyway and back to square 1, black screen.

Have you tried factory reset? Had your issue but got fixed by clear data. Do full factory reset and try again

Ok! go figure, now I just re entered the config and all works. Thank you for all your help and suggestions, nice to know there is some people out there ready to help, much appreciated.
