It has fixed the lagging issue but I find that when playing an HD video the picture is pixelating and there is sometimes a green splash taking almost all of the screen. In addition, the picture sometimes drops back to low resolution like 360p and 240p.

But I'm glad the team is trying to make it right. Love the buzz

Yes, when playing content. I tried the youtube app for phones as well and it's doing the same thing as the version for tv

Confirmed.

Restarting the video fixes the issues so its a annoying bug but not a major one.

Fix needs a little tweaking to be a total success but its great to see there working on it.

No because it's the same youtube app I had installed on the unit before the recent updates

App works great here and playing 4K with no issues. Also prefer smart youtube, has no ads and bit smoother. Just choose 4K: alt version once you run app.

The YouTube is fixed now but the native YouTube app it has some problems now the video image get distortioned :( ,I'm talking about the YouTube app that works only with the mouse remotes.

Its appears to be issue with the recent driver update since it happened with the phone youtube after the previous update but not before.

A Window popped saying box will reboot To fix YouTube app. But it did not reboot. I reboot it but YouTube still does not function. Any suggestion?
