Connection problems with my BUZZ 30000

I have experienced several times this problem. First I connected via wifi and then I used an ethernet cable to connect with my router to see if I could avoid the problem, but it did not help. Any idea what may be causing it? The problem is that I used PVR to record a TV show and because of the connection problem I lost the show.

If you use wifi, you have to disable the ethernet option in the device settings and vice versa

could be auto shut off not set to never
could be player they're using
could be storage

Hi. Thanks for the replies. I am using internal player. I went back to wifi and I did not have any problem today. I have a different issue. I will post a new thread.
