How to start BuzzTv

What is the correct procedure to switch on the buzztv with a remote? I see no source on the TV. The color in the box should be green and do i have to click or double click the orange power button the remote?

Ha ha yes WOW but not everyone is tech savvy and those who are are making tons helping others, learn to be. Remember VCR's when they first came out, the calls I'd get from people to help them program them to record. A full time job for a student. Just like teaching Windows 95, 98, XP, Outlook, Word, Excel.... Internet connections setup..... they were cash cows, free meals and for me a few flings in the sheets.
