Dreamlink T1+ Not updating

Hello, I turn my box on about 2 weeks ago. It was off for about 4 months. It is not updating.I cannot use My DOL2. It says "warning update firmware before using dream online 2". I tried using just wifi, then just internet. I even did factory reset a few times. For the update but no go. DOL1 is working but i would prefer DOL2.


Anyone can help?

Yes both DOL, and DOL2.

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I uninstalled DOL and DOL2. And reinstalled. It just doesn't work because my firmware version v2.7.78 is the same as when i bought it and doesn't update. DOL2 has updated and works only with newer firmware version. I wish there was a way to force or push the new firmware to my box. Do you know a way to do that?
