Hi how do I process a warranty claim for my buzz and how does the process work do I send it out for repair and be without a box till I get it back or do I send the old one back and get a new one or do they send a new one and I send my old one back when I get the new one and they just bill my credit card for the new one if I don’t send the old one back? I’ve been having many issues for awhile now with wifi just cutting out and not picking up a single network when it used to pick up half my neighbour hood my ir sensor stops responding to my remote tried different remotes still the same issue I can not power down my unit if I click **** down it just turns back on I’ve tried factory resetting and no changes I just purchased the box in February so I know I’m still covered and it’s sat in the same spot next to my tv ever since I opened the box in a well ventilated area also, it’s the android 6 model google just tells me to go back to where I bought it and they will help my only issue with that is the store I bought t from no longer exists and is now a little caesars they haven’t relocated and a recording on there voicemale just states that the company is no longer in business and think your for your business. So that option is out of the window
