No matter what I tried and how much I read it's not updating.

I brought my box back to the dealer, he plugged it in with his Internet and right away it updated. After everything I tried, unplugging replugging, waiting with the box unplugged for 1/2 hr, going from ethernet to wifi Maybe, my problem is my Internet supplier. Who knows!
