Also l note that some channels change transponders very often , so I did auto scan to get those channels back .

He may have a 110/119 service but maybe it is not from you????

To us when you say "service" we think in terms of who is providing the service - to some they may thinking the "110/119" service and not the group that is providing the service.

You could just post to let people know the service is down (you know it is) and that way they wouldn't be rescanning and having to pm you in hopes you will answer. You do have to admit that sellers do disappear when service is down and keep people in suspense. just a suggestion.

While it's true that TURBOHD does answer all his PM messages.
It would be better if status for server was posted for ALL users
to see......just as WHOKNOWS is suggesting.

What is the problem? The server is working really good. Other than the NY locals and few others here and there that are down, it is not freezing at all.
If you are missing some channels, factory reset and scan again. Do not do this on a tuesday when you are missing all channels because you are wasting your time.
It is simple.
God will not help, you have to help yourself.
