help needed

I am having Audio and video sync problems on most of the Canadian channels, Sky Sports F1 and my CBS HD East is not showing at all.

I have contacted the seller and here is what they said. "The problem is in your hands my friend,check your internet,connect your box with a cable not in wi-fi. In media player check ljk. Reboot your box and tell me if is resolved."

I am useing a MAG322 connected to my internet with cable.
I didnt have this issue with my previous seller. it started after switching.
I dont see any audio settings with ljk.
I have rebooted my MAG322 several times and that does not fix the problem

can anyone give me some ideas on how to solve my problem

I'm not familiar with that torture device, but do you have the option of audio decoding?If you have the option of switching from ac3(Dolby) & PCM, try PCM.

Torture device works fine. A better question is what server is liketv using. Can be a server issue.

livetv, your seller thinks you are using an android box with STB Emu that is why he told you to change the player to ljk. STB Emu emulates a Mag and has different players.

Mag322 does not have that.

size sometimes does matter...lol
plus having 4k and h265 capabilities helps also
