Hi there
I’m having problems with iptv service for a few days now, it just stoped working, I tried to re-enter all the server info and reconnect but it keeps on saying “ can not load portal” or “ or contact your provider to register device” so I did.
They told me everything is good on their end but give a different url to try, that one didn’t work either, so they gave another one that one didn’t work either, needless to say they gave 4 different once which none of them worked, this morning they give a 3 days trial for a different server so they could transfer me to the new one, the trial was working just fine for a few hours then it stop and the same message started again “ contact your service provider to activate your device”. They told me the device is active.
They suggest it might be a problem with the device.
I’m not sure what else I can do, it might a coincidence all this started when the new update came out.
Maybe I should of started with this first
I have buzz tv xpl 3000, I factor reset it a few times and update it to the latest firmware

check your internet ,is time on device correct?

Try another MAC address since we can change Mac address with buzztv3000.

Download STB Emulator on the buzz unit and try that. How many devices are you using with your iptv service?

1Internet connection is good, the time on the device is correct.

2 The stp emu didn’t work it keeps giving the same message.

3 I asked if I can give them a new MAC address to try
This was their answer
“We can only change mac address if you are using an stb emulator app if you are using buzz tv box we cannot change the mac address and we will have to use the mac address provided by buzz tv box only”

I know I can change the MAC address I even give them a new address.
I’m gonna try again maybe they misunderstood what I was try to say.
Mean while keep the reply’s coming maybe that’s the problem

Try give them another MAC address . It should work. I had the same issue.

I juts emailed them, It takes them a while to respond to my emails.

All I want is for them to change the Mac address so I can continue with my crown subscriptions,

I think maybe your mac was registered on crown twice. But there should be no issue changing your mac on applying the remaining time you have to it, that is very simple.

I would take the offer of getting epic for the 3 months and when that is over then you need to do one big thing...... Subscribe to OK2.... you will not be put through such an ordeal and it's content will bring you great satisfaction. Remember NOT to get it from the same seller you are having issues with at present.
