Hi I am looking for a place to download an original xpl3000 image. I have a box that is corrupt and the file is corrupt when you use reset. I have contacted Buzz TV RMA and have not received and answer. Would like to get this fixed as soon as I can . If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

So tell us what made you factory reset in the beginning and what errors you got. Also, what experiments you might have done in the lead up, be honest.

You should just contact who you bought the box from as they can prolly re-program it. I had to send one back to my dealer when a friend unplugged his box while it was updating.

Yup...I wrote down all the info from the stickers on the unit just to make sure. All matched up when box was returned. Took about a week from me sending to them and returned to me.

my guess is the dealer didn't fix it
no company with half a brain would give dealers bins that aren't already public

Well, it worked fine when I got it back. Unless they did a helluva job removing the stickers on the back, its the same box that worked when it came back.

Well, I had a post here a while back and got help here from everyone trying to fix the box myself, including the button on the bottom and factory reset from within. If you can find the post, you prolly tossed in a couple suggestions yourself before I sent it in.
