Have been using fleabay and PP for years for both iks and iptv. In fact, just today bought 3 more services. Usually, I have the new service UP and running in less than 30 minutes! Used to wait for up to 10 days for service to get activated. (Romie for one comes to my mind).

Depending on the provider...IPTV still use Dish feeds...
