Buzztv XPL3000 4K Quad Core Dual Band Wireless Android 6 IPTV KODI Box
fastest Box w/ 2G and 8G, HDMI 2.0
It's over a hundred bucks, and below one hundred and twenty smackers at wintronics. Is this a good price.
Is it upgradable to Nougat?
Thanks

Can you please elaborate on the "buzz has stopped using it" comment ?
I've picked up 4 xpl 3000 boxes from WWS in the last month, and all have had nougat. I just checked mine and it is running 7.1.2 (security level August 1, 2017).
Have they abandoned nougat to go back to MM or go to oreo ?

Only the Buzz XPL 3000 Basic 1GB Ram has switched to using 6.0.1 for the ones being sold.
The 2GB XPL 3000 will still be shipping with 7.1 nougat as it performs fine.

New file as in software update for the Buzz?
If yes, any idea on what issues are being addressed?

The present issue seems to be with memory management i think.
As in its running out of it causing things to not work correctly.
Fix live tv from stuttering after being suspended and the epg ends up loading really slow and apps like plex tend to crash randomly .
Not the end of the world problems but annoying ones that shouldn't be there.
Also anyone else noticed that storage is getting used up by the system way more then it should.

have none of those issues using two models
,what player are you using?
How are you exiting out of live tv? menu ,exit?
How are you shutting down box? just hitting power button?
how often you clear cache in buzztv?

I clean cache and memory on every reboot
it only takes a minute to do both
no issues
