what is the difference?? 254 or just the mag 254W1?
I see them on INFOMIR website.

also what is mag322?

Thanks for your help...I believe the difference between the 2 is one has wifi and the other don't.W being the one with wifi.As for the 322 i have no idea cause i haven't given any thoughts to mags since the Buzz box.

Yes, the W indicates Wireless capability.

The Mag322 is the model that came out last year. It decodes H265 and is the model that came after the Mag254.

MAG322 has beefier hardware and supports H.265. MAG254 only supports H.264, and won't be gaining support H.265. I was reading that some providers might stop supporting H.264 down the road, and only support H.265. This means the MAG254 could be rendered useless.

The MAG322 has it's bugs, but runs well enough most of the time. The July update was a failure, so most people downgraded to the December 2017 firmware. Hopefully the next update address all of the issues with the MAG322.
