If this went to court & this guy won lot's of people including myself would be doing this :

Stuff like this is "WHY" rest of us pay higher insurance $$$ for Big pay-outs that should be thrown out

or never even go to court etc.

my input was a joke ....... i wouldn't serve a day ...... not to mention 10 years for 75k ....... ten years is 10 years you can't put a price on that ....... i wouldn't do it for 10 million would you ???????
