I have 2 mxq pro android boxes. Yes, cheap china stuff. One is older with 5.1 android and the 905 processor, the other is 7.1 and newer. I think its a 905w? I also use wifi but on hi speed internet, runs over 25mbs.
I had ok2 (before ok3 came out) and every thing was great, never an audio issue. Because I like to try different services and experiment, I now have wicked iptv. The picture is very nice and the service from the reseller is awesome. I'm using the apk for this service. My issue is that on some channels (only a few) I get a terrible popping or cracking noise through my audio system and no sound from the channel. It does this with both boxes. If I hook direct to the TV with hdmi, there is just no sound at all on those channels. On the app, you can long press and get a menu, and you get options for MX player but that gives an error message that you cannot play the link. You can also choose VLC player.....it plays the audio great. I have also tried with the apk on my android phone which is a nexus and all audio plays from the app with no change required. A codec issue???
As i say, OK2 played all channels fine on that apk, both 264 and 265.
I'm not loosing anything as VLC will play those few channels fine, but I like to figure things out. Anyone have any idea? I have tried the settings in the apk by setting audio to hdmi and auto...no luck. Thanks in advance.
