new t5 no 91 west

Got my new dreamlink t5 and it does not have sat 91w loaded on it is there a file that I can load so that I can get it or is there some way to load manually thanks for any help

go to files section and get latest file
remember to do a reset after loading it

Ok I tried to download file from section but it just comes up as kodi what am I doing wrong with this file

when I download file this is what comes up
name dreamlink_t5_016_0217p

type kodi

size 3129kb

that is like that before and after I extract file

i just downloaded it

and what happens when you try to load it?

maybe change the file name to .bin and try loading Its the right size

Ok thanks I did follow the link I must be doing something wrong I will try and figure out and see if I can get it

when I click on file I hit save to desktop when I go on desktop and extract it still says same thing as posted earlier

This is a zip file so you need winzip to extract it....do you have winzip installed ?

my guess is their pc doesn't read extensions correctly
