Audio sync fixed epg broken now lol

Buzz tv looked into the audio sync issue that has been happening when coming out of standby but unfortunately in the process of fixing that made the epg run slower then trumps brain.

Can take anywhere from 5 to 10 just to load a section which is a little odd .


But at least they are working on it.

I contacted them directly and they did some work.

No updates just them testing a few things out to see if they can fix the issue.

I am assuming at some point they are going to release to the public as it did indeed fix the audio sync issues happening.

Interestingly enough i seeing no more issues with the wifi being appalling slow after being in standby for a period of time but can't remember if that was fixed in a update or not..lol.

How often as this happen to you? And which service are you using?

Sorry for not getting back sooner life got in the way.

The issue seems to be a memory leak of some kind which causes the device to display various issues.
They tweaked mine to avoid the audio issues but caused the epg not to load if the device is left in standby.

This isn't a provider issues as its happened on every provider and they been able to reproduce it.

Seems to be confined to the new android versions and is likely a memory leak .

There a update coming this November to address the epg loading slower then it should and that should drastically speed it up.
