Looking For A Dual Tuner PVR

So I am looking at trying to get my parents to switch to a FTA box to save some cash. They however are hooked on Bells dual tuner PVR and I really don't know if there even is one that will work with MPEG4. I did find a Viewsat 9000 but again it's too old and does not support MPEG4. Do you guys have any answers for me on a box that can do what I am asking? Would they be better off getting 2 separate single tuner boxes?

What about the Linkbox 9000i Local? Would like to stick to 1 box if I can.
