T5 only CNN Channel not scanning on sat 82

All transponders have good signal and quality everything scans fine but I can not get cnn is that channel moved from 82 lynsat maybe not updated.

Transponder 12399 v scans good signal and quality but no cnn comes in any help would be appreciated

CNN is on 119 at 12.443 (H) and 129 at 12.546 (V) if this helps.

I got it I'm asking for sat 82 not 119 129 also 91 has it too .

I tried still get 6 channels on that transponder but no cnn is there any way to insert that channel manually for some reason it does not scan that channel any ideas thanks everyone

Sorry, 24 inch dish main set up 91 and 82 set up with the bracket next to the 91, lnb type singles 11250 for both chieta disceq switch
port 1 on 91 port 3 on 82.
signal and quality 87 on 82

Bypass your switch and run 82 directly to rcvr Dont forget to change settings to reflect this and to power off rcvr in back

problem was the lnb I don't still get it same lnb as 91 when I swaped 91 lnb with 82 it scanned cnn so looks like I'll return the lnb get another one
