Dreamlink t 5 connection

HI i was out voteing today and when i came back the power was off , now i'm up and running but my t5 says not connected to the internet . I changed ethernet cables from my android box to my t5 and still no connection but my android box is working . Did the suddent loss of power affect my t5 , does a suggestion thanks .

Restart your router.That should pick up the ip address again.

Thanks DODGEM don't that 3 times modem & router and still no internet connection , i been now 3 hours tearing everything apart and confussed thanks

Thanks when i go into settings ip address , subnet mask , gateway , dns 1 and dns2 are all blank thxs.

Yes and there all working its very strange when i go into server setup its now says connected to server but not the internet thanks

Do you know the reason for the power outage that started this problem?

Car hit a pole knocked all the south end of the city out of power so gonna let it sit for the nite and try tomorrow so thanks GUYS !!!!

Try a hard reboot using the power button on the back of the box.

In ip settings is it set to static or DHCP, if static put to DHCP and let the router give it (assign) it a IP to use.
