clean cache

How can i clean cache and memory in a XPL3000?
Freezes every few seconds Unit is new Just used it for couple days

hold the power button down and select reboot
When you get to home page select broom at bottom right

Thanx done it but it didnt help Avon box same server its 100% XPL3000 freezes every 3 to 4 seconds

if that doesnt help clear data where dishuser directed you to clear cache
you will have to re-input your server info

or go to the menu and change video player
my friend was having issues watching vods and some one said to try a different player and that helped for the vod's

can't hurt to try might help the tv side as well

Yes changing the player video to default made big difference Thanx
