having EPG issues.... some channels show only one listing, some that would normally show listings are not showing any at all.... used the broom, cleared the buzz cache and restarted the box... still same scenario... can the powers that be look into it? thanks in advance :thumbsup:

ok2 on buzz tv... sorry about that. anyone else experiencing the same thing

That is a server issue on OK2, mine is completely gone at the moment

Hey all, can someone clarify the following for me please n thanks. I setup a buzz xpl 3000 for a friend on ok3. The epg is correct date and time for where I am EST, alot of the canadian/US channels are showing channel info but for example SKY channels, cbc winnipeg 88 and 89 show no information, 97,98,99 shows no info also (Ottawa), is there something i can do to fix this? Any help is appreciated thanks!

No there is nothing you can do on your end to fix this. I've mentioned the sky channels with the guy who is responsible to getting these things looked into but it hasn't been sorted as yet.... so we have to be patient. It will be done for sure
