When changeing channels can be very slow to turn on

Hi Just wondering if anyone would have an idea what is wrong with my sonicview 8000. Most times when I change from one working channel to another it can take 15 to 20 seconds for the picture to come on. Signal is good so not sure what could be happening. Thanks

Seems like the dreamlinks are also having the same issue. slow channel changes and lots of freezing. I have 3 different 8000 receivers and they are all doing the same thing.

Have you contacted your provider? Doesn't seem all that bad to me.

There are none...at least that we know of.All the available ones are crap.
