i have a friend who has a modded xbox for his son, with endless amounts of classics video games. I am wondering is it possible to load or add to the buzz box, like thousands of games and add some sort of joystick to play? I loved sega master system, so I am old school. I am no gamer or expert on android boxes so please don't get to technical if this is possible. Thanks...Would be cool to play some vintage Sega Master System.

There are many emulators out there for a lot of these old arcade/consoles. However the common issue with most of them for the newbie, is that none of them come with the actual ROMs (essentially the games). The emulators are free or really cheap. Some are easier to install and configure than others. However, then you need to go to some of the "not so legit" sites to download the actual games.
The S905X CPU in the buzz and other android boxes, is not bad for what it was designed to do, but you probably won't get any decent gameplay except for some of the most basic games. If you take into consideration the effort, and the cost of a game controller (assuming you can even configure it properly), it would probably be easier to either install this stuff on an old PC/laptop, or just get one of those new miniature retro consoles which have been released in the last 2 or 3 years... I know nothing was announced for the master system, but they did for a small brief period have the genesis flashback (or something like that). They have them for NES and others.. Hey, I even say a Commodore64 mini :) They are typically under $100 and include dozens of preinstalled games, with controller and all typically.
I had a PC, and had MAME installed on it and used to keep the ROM library up to date regularly (it was HUGE), but I eventually realized I did not play that much and gave it up. It was nice to play the classics once in a while.
I was thinking eventually building an arcade box, possibly based on RetroPie (running on a cheap Raspberry Pi - we'll see where it's at when the time comees), choosing my top 10 favorite games, and just concentrate on those.
