Buzz Xpl 3000 2017 model

I have buzz xpl 3000 model from 2017 October but my box is still on android version 6.01 and when I check there is no update available. Is there any way to get 2017 model updated to android 7 or not. Please help me. Thanks

The version of android on the box in this case has no effect on its function.

Same buzz tv app on both and they both get updated at the same time.

Functionally there no real difference beyond seeing the different number in the settings menu.

I am reading new Buzz updates 2.0(211). My Buzz is running on 1.6(86), how can I update to latest. My Android version is also 6.0.1.

When I try to use 'check for updates' thru Menu button, it does nothing. I have even factory reset my box.
