Mag 322 won't play live tv or vod

I have a mag322 that won't play live tv or vod. I've tried with 2 different subs. It will load the boot screen, channel list, progress bar and epg/guide but nothing will play when I click on a channel. Puzzled.

strange since specs says it does considering it uses ministra

It could be but that's all it uses. Not like an android box where you can download different players.

When you click on ch, does the play symbol show up? If you press OK two times on a ch, does it play then?
