unwanted update buzztv closed caption

how i do disable update buzz tv i dont want to have version 2.0 i want stay 1.6 (159) good for me because it work with close caption and 2.0 not work close caption that why how i do disable update i hated repeat somehow setting thank you

The feature is there but I've never seen it in action.... Guess I don't watch those channels that offer it

there is no 2.1
have you tried a different player?

I guess the easiest would have been, if you new the Server name or IP that is used for the update, you could have just blocked that on your router. So that way, checking for update would fail. Don't know how tech savvy you are, but if you have a router which can show you connection logs, you could "check" for update and see what server/IP your box checks, and then add a block to that destination in your router. Depends on router, block can be added in various ways, in some cases through "parental" controls :).

yes you right i was search internet find files and i am investigate what version which issue that all 2.0 are good but sad no cc not work all players..

Need to know this, otherwise its a guessing game to figure this out and then attempt to fix it.
Without knowing this, it will never get fixed.

I did everything not work version 2.0 zero cc from difference players and only work with 1.6 have a lot cc at secondary player that it other player not work I did test everything channel and player just follow version 2.0 issue cc period. I know people not care about cc I understand
