pin wheel mini hd in south asia as dvb s2 signal

hi everyone
i was just wondering that pinwheel mini hd would work as a fta receiver in south asia. im looking forward to receive DVb-S2 8psk will this tunner catch those channels

Its working in india on dvb s2 signal guys but can't put put cline to use with local provider
