Lost a good friend today

I lost a very dear friend this morning, got a call from his wife saying he passed out at the bottom of the patio steps, I got over as quick as I could and found him on the ground, checked for a pulse but found nothing, he was very cold, I didn't think CPR would be any good as it was about ten minuets or so before I got there, I waited till the fire department showed but they could not revive him, nether could the paramedics when they showed.

A very dear friend, Dale you will be missed.

As to dealing with someone that has just passed away that is never easy. As I have had to go in on a neighbor and family right after their passing and it takes some time to get over. With losing a friend all I can say is time has away of healing and slowly making the pain go away. But the memory's will always remain. Lost a very close friend nearly 12 yrs. ago and from time to time something will spark a memory. As the saying goes...as long as we remember them they are never truly gone completely. Take care there Terryl.
