Small picture on one channel at times

At times I watch channel 104 USA channel from England on NFPS when nothing else is on. Sometimes, not always, the picture is quite small like it would be on a 12" TV. If I go to my DL T1+ the picture is normal. But at other times the picture is normal size on the Buzz.
Any ideas what is causing this? I first thought the server, NFPS, but the DL is the same server.

did you try left arrow then right arrow to change screen size?

No DU, I had not tried that but just did and it seems to work. How did you learn that?

when you go to a channel look below info bar ;)

Thank you. The things we don't notice. Although it doesn't look to clear what it does. It first says sub-menu then doesn't really say what more arrow keys will do. I guess just try it.
At any rate it worked.
