No signal or bad signal on T5

Having a issue with my T5. All of the sudden it will start to freeze and will say no signal or bad signal but the audio goes from English to French language. Almost seems like it goes to a different channel but it's still on the same channel. Have another dreamlink hd but a older version and don't have this issue at all.

My T5 did that and after spending lots of money adjusting my dish and buying a new T5 it was just the Power Adapter they were a bad power supply bought a new one and it works great GOOD LUCK .

Either the HD Module or the power Adapter also could be (Heat issue)
