I have been unable to record live TV from day 1. Running the latest update (211)

Trying to record live TV to internal storage and also tried via USB. Tried many channels

The recording shows up in the PVR section but the file size is always zero. I try to watch the file and it comes up with the following error

"streaming not available, try again later"

I tried all the media players including VLC and MX Player Pro externally.

Is anyone able to assist with this? Should I go directly to Buzz TV for support?

If you are recording live tv, there is no way you can record using Mx or VLC, those are 3rd party apps.

While in live tv, hit the menu button, configuration, change player to default or old default.

Are you talking about live tv as you watch it, or future recordings?I know for sure that the few times I've recorded live as I was watching, it records fine.If you remove the storage media or hard boot the 3900, all data is lost on the storage media.

What's the total amount of your internal storage? How much do you think that will hold? Not much bro, it's best to use external storage.
