No info on channels?

Myself and a few friends are running OK2 but dont get any info for what channel we are watching. On the guide and while watching tv, it wont show what the current show is about. Is this something from the last update? Just started recently.

got word back from ok3 EPG is back up.

i confirmed its working/populating on my XPL3000 running SW update 211 and another on 233.

so was definately not a buzz issue, and server side issue has now been resolved

The OP did not post about an epg issue ,he posted about no info when you double click the info button while watching tv
He started the thread before ok2/3 took the guide down for server upgrades

That’s working for me as well.
Info would not work if there is no epg data to lookup.

That’s working for me as well.
Info would not work if there is no epg data to lookup.

The op actually complained about info not being available, can’t see what’s on. They said info, likely meant epg which are related but diff functionality, both working with buzz and atleast ok3

Well, it worked for a day or so but now back to no info again. I assume there are still trying to get it working correctly?

247 was just pushed to my box, and it looks like the info issue is still present. It is buzz specific, since it seems to work fine on stbemu.

Not a big deal.. I don't really use that feature much anyhow. I just posted, since I remembered the thread here and did a quick test with latest update. I didn't see any mention for this fix in the release notes, but then again, plenty of Misc fixes usually.

Like nobodyspecial mentioned yesterday, it may take a day to kick in or something.
I just confirmed that yesterday after the update, I did not have any info.. However I just checked this morning, and the "info" is there (obviously only on channels that have info).

I have 3 boxes.....the 6.0 version had the info kick in right away after the update. My two 7.1 boxes did take a day or so after the update to work but now my 6.0 box stopped showing the info again today. Not a biggie, just putting that out there.......

My 6.0 box has no info but just checked my 7.1 box and it does. Maybe the update installed differently on the 6.0 boxes vs the 7.1 boxes and caused the issue? Just a thought.

Maybe Ill try uninstalling the updates and see if that helps........Ill figure out how to do it and then post back.....

I uninstalled the updates back to 1.6 and the info is back. I then tried 'check updates' in the menu but nothing happening. It seems to be working well now but how do I update it if I want to see if the update was a prob?

My initial subscription had info on a few channels but overall service was getting spotty, so I started with a new provider.
With the new service, info is readily available on most channels that have show time in the EPG.
Not convinced this is a Buzz problem.

Guide works fine on my buzz 2000 globalbox dreamlink etc Only issue is with buzz 3000 and ok
Just because it works fine with another server does not mean it’s not a buzz issue

I found that if I clear data and re-input server, the info on channels comes back.....For about 2-3 hours and disappears again.
Is it possibly something with my router settings as Ive reset and unplugged the router and this still happens.
Is this still happening to anyone else or is there something wrong here? This happens on all 3 of my boxes here.

I also have no detailed info on ok3 with a buzz,switched over to my global box and all detailed info is there

I think it was a fluke because I have info and did nothing

All 3 of mine here will have info for the next 2 hours if I re-input data. Im not getting any complaints from people at my work that run the same set up as me so I assume they are good? Seems Im one of the few this has happened to. Is there anything I can do here that may be causing the prob? I did just purchase a new router, not because of this, for my kids gaming but still the same.

two different issues
the buzz issue is about detailed info in the guide not the entire epg
