Trying to load server info but not sure how to save it
Pressed the red button after putting it in but nothing happens and don't save info
Anyone got any hints

BAD 1 you fill in all the information but leave the port till last then hit save then say you should be all set good luck

It's a bad system in my opinion - you enter all the information and you hope it is all correct - but as you enter the info it is all blacked out - so you can't see what you entered.
Why can't they leave all the info you input - so that you can double check it to make sure it is correct - then if you click on the connect button and all is good - it will say "Connected" - then you can save it.

As it is now - you enter the info and it doesn't connect - you can't see where you made a mistake - so you have to enter every field again - and then hope you got it right this time - if not repeat...........and repeat..........and repeat.........until you get it right.

Many reasons why they did it this ways... not sure how much you know about dreamlink... dreamlink was the first ever box with server switching and small iks box compared to others like nfusion receiver at that time.

The main reason was everytimes you install the newer firmware, you have to reset the box to factory setting and many people were complain about that they have to re enter the server setting again so they did a great job and exclude the server setting from the factory reset, thats why you don't see it. I personally love it.
and in case you want to sell your box no one can see you're username and pass because most of the iks user they have their real name or satfix username as their username and password.
