So if the prices are going up starting today lets hope they get the channels back up today too, most folks probably wouldn't mind paying a little more if they add more cards to their servers to eliminate the freezing on certain channels but if their gonna continue to just use the same amount of cards and some channels will still be freezing like they have been now for some time their price increase wont be justified.. Some times charging more will cost them more in the long run then they will gain if they dont use the extra funds to improve the service (referring to the main IKS providers) because a lot of people still use iks instead of iptv because they just never did the changeover and find it easier to use IKS then iptv or they have limited internet speeds or bandwidth, but if the main IKS service providers start making it too expensive or inconvenient for people to use iks they will eventually make the changeover if its in their best interest and is not feasible to do IKS anymore. My nieghbor for instance likes iks and we live in a rural area where there is only one ISP and it isn't as fast as we would like it to be sometimes so he said as long as iks still works decent it wouldn't bother him to pay a little more as long they put the extra money to good use to make the service better by purchasing more cards to eliminate some of the channel freeze (on certain channels) that now occurs on a regular bases because of a shortage of cards they have on hand.

kind of angered at this talk of a price hike since they obviously cant keep the service running smoothly. This is a great way for thw P$ providers to kill IKS completely because the price goes up, the service still sucks and people go looking for cheaper and better working alternative solutions. what im going to say is charlie isnt going to kill IKS, IKS is going to eat itself with greed and lack of service. but if its not greed on the providers end and they need more funds to keep the service running how are we supposed to know this? they keep all of the end users in the dark on everything, make stuff up as they go or give a half assed answer to what the problem is. it must never occur to them that there may be others out there that are willing to help with solutions and find ways around things if they talk to people more. people made places to talk and thats what made it work so well in the beginning. more minds on the tasks at hand and things got resolved faster with a better working system.

Lastly i dont get why this doesnt work better now than before because ever since the loss of NFPS who migrated to IPTV support with all their underlings the network should perform better than ever since it was built to hold 5x the traffic it gets now most likely.

i dont think NFPS was anything more than the front line pushing the product or the face of the game, nothing more. what i think happened there was the people who run IKS wanted a bigger piece of the pie and NFPS said no, you'll take what you get and thats that so the real IKS providers cut them off and figured they could brave it on their own without the money coming in from NFPS. looks like the real providers where wrong because they still keep hiking the prices up. now that NFPS teamed up with IPTV providers they are still running semi strong and IKS has dwindled back down to being pushed on a few mere forums. the IKS guys being lazy, greedy and losing their big cheese (NFPS) are all huge mistakes. i still say charlie isnt going to kill IKS, IKS is going to kill IKS than we sit and wait for the next big solution. and dont say IPTV is the next big solution because its not for a lot of people who dont have proper internet to use it.

oh and for the record. still down on day 4.You don't have a clue bud sorry.NFPS got out of the game for a good reason.That's because it was to hard to sustain.Things needed to keep it running properly where to hard to find.So if it was other people running the servers don't you think they should be running perfect? Especially now that NFPS isn't selling.These guys have a fraction of users and don't even compare to the way NFPS was running even on it's last leg. NFPS was smart enough to limited the channels when there was problems.These guys just let it rip, so there is not much thats watchable.
Ive already said these guys are running on shoe string.They don't have even close to the number of seeders needed.They have a few subs and thats it and definitely not enough. As for it being down still for 4 days, might want to give it a week or more. They need to rope in a few more members of their community to get subs for them.The only greedy ones here are the ones that jumped on the bad wagon after NFPS had enough.Why? because they seen there would be a good dollar to be made.They will still sell you an account even though it's not working so where is the greed coming from? The only thing in your post that is right is.NFPS was the face of the game.But that part is still worded wrong.

Okay, so if vip has 110 and 119 up, why can’t the normal Charlie be up? And if 110 and 119 are up on vip, will it only be on vip? Do we need to get another sub? I didn’t think there was much of a difference except added sats which I didn’t have nor needed. So I got the normal. I'm betting someone will popup and have a new service and a new name. It will be slightly more money but that won't matter as they will slip in the shill and give him free service to post to everyone how great it is. And away they go again. This purging seems to happen every once in a while and it only really hurts the ones that signed on at a reduced price for a year which meant they paid an exorbitant amount for a couple months.
But if iks does not show there is still all the free streaming or downloading of shows and movies for a lifetime at your finger tips presuming you have a computer.Some sports might have a slight delay, but it's there. And don't forget OTA for local news. Cheers

Apparently (sorry if I state the obvious) the Powerfta service is still accepting $, so ( I assume) it's south service is still up- more or less- despite the apparent hobby-wide and lengthy south ecm. If I'm wrong, please tell me before I spend $, please and thanks.

There's a bit of a discrepency- The site for Powerfta's service states now that 110 119 129 are up, but 3 days ago it he seemed to imply it was down. Also recent comments say it is down. Here is his quote, the up/down thread was closed recently which is a bad sign-

The channels DON'T belong to DN.Virtually every channel that can be found on Dicknet can be found on iptv, except for Dicknets own movie channels.IPTV has TEN TIMES the selection.
